Do you Accept Cancelations?
Absolutely! There is a 24-hour window for cancellations from when you place your order. However, once the production process has started, we are unable to cancel.
When Will My Order Arrive?
After placing your order, it will be sent to our production team within 24 hours. We typically prepare and ship orders within 3-7 business days. Once your order is on the way, we will provide tracking information and an estimated delivery date.
For economy shipping, your order will arrive in 5-8 business days, while standard shipping delivers in 3-4 business days.
Do You Offer Refunds?
Yes! We offer a 30-day return window if you would like to return a purchase. Please note that return shipping costs are not covered. If you receive a damaged item, we will gladly provide a refund or replacement. To start the replacement or refund process, simply send us a message a picture of the damages.
What Happens if My Order Arrives Damaged?
We always aim for perfection and take great care in creating, packaging, and shipping each order. If your item arrives damaged, simply let us know and send a photo. We'll be happy to send a replacement or provide a full refund.
