Refund Policy

Cancelations:
Changed your mind? No problem! You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing us at support@kaladyndesigns.com. Please note that since each item is custom-made, after 24 hours, our team starts production, and we’re unable to cancel or modify the order once this process begins.

Returns:
No problem! We understand. If your purchase isn't quite what you envisioned, you have a 30-day window from its arrival to decide on a return. Just remember, you'll need to cover the return shipping. 

Exchanges:
Want a different size or style? No problem! Just get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving your item at support@kaladyndesigns.com, and let us know you'd like to make an exchange. Once we receive your return in its initial condition, we'll process a full refund. Meanwhile, go ahead and order the size or style your prefer, so we can get started on it right away!
